My Food Intake (Tuesday 4-28)
-Grande passion lemonade tea from Starbucks
-Low fat blueberry muffin from Starbucks
-1 1/2 cups penne tossed with 1/3 cups marinara sauce and diced tomatoes, onions, and green peppers, topped with 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
-peach jello cup with fruit
-weight watchers cookies and cream bar
-banana split italian ice bar
-weight watchers 3 cheese ziti marinara
-tomato basil wrap with lettuce, celery, carrots, light ranch, and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
-campbells select harvest italian vegetable soup with a handful of crackers
-carrot and celery sticks with light ranch and buffalo hot sauce
Yes, I know that is a lot of food, however it is all healthy food, which means I am off to a great start. Usually I would eat that much food but all of it was unhealthy. The only thing I am not so proud of myself for eating is the pasta, but that is as healthy as it gets at Dominos Pizza.
I hope to get these food lists shorter and full of fruits veggies and whole wheat foods…it is going to be hard. I am also going to start tracking how much water I drink so I can go for my 8 8 oz. servings goal. Fiber is something else I am going to start tracking and my total calories. I will try to fit all of that record keeping into my busy day at work.
